The Newcastle iGroup is all about working to become the partner / husband / father / leader you want to be. At our core, we believe that taking responsibility for our thoughts and actions is the beginning of personal empowerment – the type of empowerment that is not threatening to women and children.

A recent development has been focusing on facilitation training. Each week, we do a deep dive into an iGroup or NWTA process. This helps us understand how to become better facilitators and better support each other and our community.
